am i correct in assuming france doesn't fortify bread with iron?
I don't know for sure, but I know any pasta I get from Italy has nothing added. I suspect France is the same.

Pasta from Italy is just semolina wheat, same in France. No fortified iron or synthetic B vitamins I don’t wantI don't know for sure, but I know any pasta I get from Italy has nothing added. I suspect France is the same.
