What would people suggest is the most effective drug/supplement or maybe even dietary additions/changes to bring levels back to normal?

I haven't read any research into it, but one would assume vitamin E as the 'fertility vitamin' might work. Searching it on Pubmed comes up with a few results.

Pregnenolone, progesterone, DHEA and vitamin E would be the best options. Pregnenolone was used as a male fertility drug back in the 1940s.
