Hi guys,

My morning cortisol is on the top of range, I'm always stressed in the morning and if I take a coffee it make me feel like I will have a panic attack. Also if I go for a run I will get really stressed while doing it. I would like to mention also that I suffer from PFS since now quite 10 years.

Should I try to lower my morning cortisol with some med or pants?

Thanks for your advice.

Best,

Try some honey, a heapt teaspoon, in warm water first thing in the morning and see how your cortisol reacts. Remember, morning time is supposed to be high in cortisol because of fasting. Perhaps you have poor glycogen storage in your liver, and this is the root of the issue, which is further increased by caffeine driving your metabolism.

1: Try a good quality honey first thing in the morning
2: If that works, try improving your liver health, lots of posts here on the forum.
