Mood/Quality Of Life, Brain Help

Aside from moving a persons diet towards the pro-metabolic, what do you all think about a supplement or stack of supplements/therapies specifically to foster creative, playful, low serotonin, thinking? Basically, I feel as though my brain and thought patterns are as fibrotic and pufa laden as the rest of my organs, and have noticed significant relief in my own thoughts when I get things dialed in, particularly with t3 and caffeine. We take t3 to get our dysfunctional thyroids working again, what do we push our brains back to functioning the way we'd like?

Pyridoxal 5 phosphate is an amazing mood elevator and take it from someone like me whose had suicidal depressions

Amazing, thanks for this. What oral dosage of vitamin b6 have you found helpful?

I like 50 mg P5p with food.... I’ve used the regular as well, but this one ensures you don’t **** up the enzymes
