Curious if one has CFS/ME how can

one make new mitochondria safely?

I was able to walk 18 holes and now

After a couple hours of practicing

chipping and putting and i am sore

For a couple days.Stimulants are no

go.I know part of this is finding a low

Emf environment but would like to

Find ways to increase walking

distance with post exertional malaise
