After introducing milk on and off, i have come the conclusion it gives me constipation. Poo pebbles... Cows milk even Goat milk even if im consuming oat bran

Same. I avoid dairy as a result. For me, whatever benefits it may have are outweighed by the negative results. It’s too bad, I enjoy dairy/ cheese, and it doesn’t cause immediate digestive pains or symptoms, but as little as 8 oz of milk will cause cement poop, which leads to straining, and aggravates the hell out of my hemorrhoids. Even with 2+ grams of added magnesium it still wreaks havoc. I’ve tried raw, goats, kefir, yogurt, they all end the same. For me it’s just not worth it. I honestly think that some folks just don’t tolerate it well. Sorry that you’re part of the club! I supplement with calcium since my dairy free diet is pretty low in that regard.
