Is anyone knowledgeable of the vaccines given to service members and how they affect people with autoimmune diseases or if they do at all

A friend of mine who was not vaccinated as a child was courted by the Air Force to enlist as a fighter pilot. When he told them he would not be vaccinated, they said, " You are not for us"
