Might Have Been Bit By A Brown Recluse

On my right middle finger.

I live in a region where brown recluses are very common.

Something that looks like a bite, some light bloody scarring right next to it, skin around the area looks a little dry, some very small pimples here and there, some inflammation.

Oh, and a fever since yesterday.

Would cyproheptadine help?
