Methylation Experiences

In a recent post (see link below), Amazoniac made an enlightening post about methylation and its relationship with sulphur metabolism. I feel like b vitamins and the role of methylation (issues) aren't discussed enough on this forum. I know Peat isn't a huge fan of pushing methylation but it is essential and blocks/issues with certain cycles and enzymes do exist for a vast amount of people.

I'd love to hear people's experiences with b vitamins and any experience with methylation issues. Im currently awaiting my 23andme results. I suspect I have issues with folate metabolism and probably CBS.
