To anyone:
How is it possible to keep methionine intake under 200 mg daily?
There are 200 mg of methionine in just - 2 oz - of ground beef.
Most fruit has up to 200mg/2000calories. 3000 calories of grape juice has about 100mg methionine and I think apple juice has even less.
