Hello all, I am currently experimenting with MB at 20mg daily and really liking it. I had stage 3 breast cancer 6.5yrs ago ago so I am a keen researcher of the metabolites that feed cancer. I also have a nursing background. My question is really to Haidut regarding inhibiting nitric oxide but more importantly arginine. I believe arginine plays a very important role in the urea cycle so my question is by inhibiting arginine in cancer management, are we potentially inhibiting our ability to remove ammonia via the urea cycle?? I understand that a synthetic arginine inhibitor is currently in clinical trials for advanced metastatic cancer with promising results but is there the potential for more problems down the road?? Would appreciate any feedback with some scientific data I may be missing. Thank you.
