Hi all

I was looking up stuff for eye health and came across this:

Effects of sea buckthorn and bilberry on serum metabolites differ according to baseline metabolic profiles in overweight women: a randomized crossover trial

They did a study with overweight women. they said they lost waist weight, and some other things for diabetes and inflammation. This was a confusing study to me. Not sure if these berries where healthy or not. If someone can explain in laymans terms. I am wondering if it was the sugar they used. It mentions the effects on the metibolic profiles.
Thank you sooooooo much.

Seabuckthorn is really interesting. A lot of vitamin A,C,E. Has pufa though. Even just the pulp.

I forget what the ratio of E to pufa is supposed to be. Does anyone know or remember? Can't seem to find that thread.
