I'm in Europe so I just ordered some from the Ukraine. Didn't really notice any amazing effects, it must be very subtle if anything.

It's pretty east to order the original off the internet. It's sold OTC in the old USSR countries, there are lots of people who will buy it and post to you for a small markup

I tried it but never had any noticeable effect either.
