What do you recommend for someone that has Mediterranean anemia at birth age 47 and is dealing with horseshoe bald scalp that has tiny vallas light hairs on top and in the vortex and hair line. Thank You.

that's a hard one...maybe flip the script and own it like the EDGE from U2...he used a cap for a long time

can you grow facial hair...that look is in right now trim the top and grow a scruffy goatee.
