I'm in the UK.

Well, I went to see my GP today. Got an appointment without a prior screening phone call. Got an appointment in less than a week.

It was like going back 20 years. A calm, slow paced consultation and I was able to talk about more than one thing!

I have by the way, previously been asked to leave the room mid sentence as my time had expired.

There's only one explanation - we have an election afoot.
