First, sorry for quality of my english, I'm not native speaker.
I would like to ask about maximization action of pde 5 inhibitors. I would like to rely on this diagram (see Fig. 13.2):

Medscape: Medscape Access
If I see correctly errection occurs by lowering intracellurar Calcium. So my question is what vitamins,minerals,neurotransmiters would enhance this effect (of course if I understand this process correctly)?
My protocol which I tried was:
1.Magnesium 4 hours before intercourse -Help creating NO,Relax and helps in vasolidation
2. PDE 5 inhibitor-1 hour before intercourse-
3.L-citruline 45 min before-raw material for NO
Erection was Rock hard, but sensitivity was diminshed. I think beacuse Mg is for relaxation, and Ca is for sensitivity, and what I mention before PDE5inhibitors lower CA.
Waiting for sugestions.
