if you eat a lot of tryptophan you should balance it with lots of those amino acids from the other category.

you can remove the eggs and beef and stick to milk and whey protein and get very little pufaI don’t get it. Eat grass finished beef, eggs, and milk and you’ll get 2-5 grams per day of PUFA. It’s impossible to intake zero unless you’re on a no fat diet.
