Don't be afraid of sugar though Charlie, it's only a tsp!

It's funny but I wrote Mark a while back and asked him to give us a mention on his Sunday blog where he links to a bunch of sites. He said he would, but never did. Maybe I need to send him a reminder. :confused

I think the sugar thing would be too much for him to associate in any way. He is basically a money-spinner now, so can't really afford to lose punters.

He does advocate dairy though, and coffee obviously. Primal is pretty broad - but there's one guy I saw on there recently who is hypothyroid and eating a tragic diet consisting of bacons, eggs, chicken, nuts, tuna, veg, no other carbs etc, takes meds for it. People just see what they want to see, and the advice given there is pretty terrible. Anyhoo, thought that Sisson's Coffee Egg thing could be utilised here - It's just this side of abnormal

Did you use ground coffee or beans?

Idk, raw eggs in coffee doesn't sound good to me.

Then mix it first then heat the coffee and cook the egg.
