I guess protesting the "State of Emergency" is one thing, although there are several "State of Emergencies" active. All of them from Trump and Obama, about half the ones from Bush Jr, and I think there's one still active from the Carter Administration.

As much as I dislike Biden (and do think he should stand trial for Treason), he's not the one instituting mandates or restrictions (sans for Federal Government employees, and those receiving Federal Benefits). In the US, it's happening at the state, county, and city level. Many of these restrictions have already been lifted (including Newsom's second "Mask Mandate.") Smaller protests of state and local officials would be more appropriate.

Of course, if they really wanted to end ALL the restrictions, and pretty much ensure that this nonsense wouldn't happen again, they would be putting claims on public official's bonds. Hitting them in the pocketbook is far more effective than any protest, and we've already seen many school districts drop their restrictions after one (or more) officials get served with a notice of claim.

It seems like they are protesting the wrong entity after the fact. And seems pointless, when you see how effective the bond claim process has been to get these officials to drop their restrictions that go against their own codes and such.
