Does anyone have serious info about this "fish"?
It's damn cheap here, about 0.28$ a pound, it's easy to cook, seems to have a lot of gelatin, seems to be low fat and have good protein. It's skin looks pretty gelatinous also, reminds me of a very soft pig skin
I just boiled it for about 20 minutes, it's a really soft white meat. The thing almost has no bones but some kind of cartillages that look like a bamboo stick wall. Right now I'm trying to dehydrate a little the whole thing up, I don't like it's sticky and gellatinous texture...maybe I'll upload a pic when it's done
