What would Ray speak about this man? Incredible food milk must be....

This fellows physical structure appears quite similar to myself, yet the only difference is I am 23 years of age. He has restored my faith somewhat, though I believe he would need at least 10 cups of full fat milk for complete nourishment, along with dates and fruits.

I became quite emaciated this past year and dropped down to 130 pounds through prolonged water fasting and heavy psychedelic usage (ie; spiritual awakening occurred yet was deeply counterintuitive to my health). I am 6 feet 3 inches! As I pray to recover, my daily consumption has been a half gallon of raw a2 whole milk, half a pound of fresh medjools, a ripe mango, and a spoonful of unheated honey. Thinking of adding another quart of milk to regain lost muscle... Two years ago I was 180 pounds back squatting almost double my bodyweight, I now am fully atrophied and have difficulty walking - Christian Bale in the Machinest esque :(

Are you vegetarian? Raw milk is very good for healing/recovery, but i think it would be the best to add some meat product (weekly beef liver, gelatinous meats) kinda like the maasai who supplement their heavy milk diet with some blood.

Yeah I'm not eating any meat at the moment, though I am open to eating pasture raised goat liver once per week. Raw liver was my favorite food for many years on the 'primal diet'.

Hey, are you okay?
You seem depressed.
I appreciate your compassion. I feel okay, although helpless at times. Wishing I can recover to pursue my passions in this life.

What do you think caused your health issues in the first place ?

Wtf bro. Why did you do that?

It's not like it's uncommon for multiple health experts to recommend fasting to improve one's health.
Fasting also doesn't seem like an absurd practice when you think about food scarcity in the wild.

I have practiced 5 days fasts myself with good results.

FWIW, Even Ray has suggested there are benefits to fasting, mostly from reduced serotonin and endotoxin. Of course, there are the potential problems too, mostly once you run out of glycogen. At that point, you will not only be in ketosis, but also generating glucose from protein via gluconeogenesis. So, at some point the determents outweigh the benefits. This could vary with the health of the individual, and problems could show up going longer than twelve hours.

Peat's advice was that if you were in good health, a 24 hour fast is probably good, as you should have enough glycogen to get you though, and should reap mostly benefits. Beyond that, the problems start to arise, but for a pretty healthy person, I can see where the benefits would continue to outweigh the determents for something like 3-5 days. If only done as an occasional thing (say, once a year), I can see something like 5 day fast being beneficial both in the short and long term.

Bernarr MacFadden detailed a similar story in the Miracle of Milk, published in 1923

Living on Milk for Fifty Years

In one case, quoted by a milk diet specialist, a patient has lived on a strictly milk diet for more than fifty years. He has never been ill a day in all that time, and his bowels have moved with absolute regularity twice a day.

This gentleman, as it happens, was forced by necessity to go on a milk diet, for at the age of two he took a dose of concentrated lye. This caused a stricture of the oesophagus, or food pipe, which has prevented him from swallowing solid food of any kind. The passage was so constricted by the effect of the lye that not even a crumb of bread could pass through it.

Yet this man is rugged, healthy and well nourished, the father of four robust children. All the food he has ever had in these fifty years has been a quart of milk at each meal.

This proves that certain individuals have wonderful powers of assimilation, enabling them to utilize practically every grain of food value in their allotment of milk. Doubtless the milk diet itself has a great deal to do with establishing a perfect assimilation and function. Were this not so, this man could hardly have secured from the relatively small amount he was taking the necessary material to meet all the needs of cell growth and repair, and at the same time secure the requisite amount of heat and energy to give him the abounding vitality he is credited with possessing. But this experience is by no means unique.

Professor Weir Mitchell in “Fat and Blood,” says: “I have seen several active men, even laboring men, live for long periods on milk, with no loss of weight; but (frequently) large quantities have to be used. …A gentleman, a diabetic, was under my observation for fifteen years, during the whole of which time he took no other food but milk, and carried on a large and prosperous business. Milk may, therefore, be safely asserted to be a sufficient food in itself, even for an adult, if only enough of it to be taken.”

Enlightenment perhaps puts you at odds with meat intake?
Your physical body is showing you the results of your choices.
The physical body does not lie.
If you cannot live at peace with your choices to live, survive and thrive, dissonance will manifest itself on all planes of your existence.
Wholeness ??
