Making hair grow faster

I've seen this and that about regrowing lost hair, but I've never seen anyone mention speeding up the rate of growth for hair that already exists. Has anyone ever noticed anything that does this? Some say gelatin/collagen helps, but I don't think I've seen any results from that.

Castor oil as a weekly massage on hair scalp.
But it's very inconvenient to wash off.
Also beer yeast seem to have an impact on healthy hair growth but I don't know if it fastens the process.

zinc or copper and boron, methylene blue taken orally.


No doubt about it in my case. Also my nails grow significantly again. Boron seeming to be the most effective guy in all of that.
Some people said Sulphur/Gelatine/Proteins and choline-stabilized orthosilicic helps but i can't say they did for me. But i think it depends what each individual is lacking ultimately.

Since I started supplementing thyroid, my hair grows about twice as quick as it used to, it currently grows at over an inch per month.
