Magnesium Chloride Bath

Greetings,

Lately, I have been taking 20 to 30 minute baths at 41 degrees C. I usually add 50 grams or so (eyeballing with scoop and guestimating by bag amount) of magnesium chloride derived from ocean water. I can purchase it at super market where I live or sometimes Amazon.

Recently, I started adding some vitamin C tablets to counteract the chlorine content but hopefully will create my own chlorine filter sooon.

I am wondering if there is anything else I could be doing to get some more relaxing benefits. I thought about baking soda but not sure.

What are some of your guys’ bath protocols?

I've seen Peat mention bicarbonate of soda baths, sometimes at the same time as Epsom salt to be good, I'm not sure exactly what proportion of each maybe equal amount.

Dead Sea Salts are very high in mag chloride and may have some other minerals that balance out any extremes from a straight magnesium chloride powder

I have used this one before: https://amzn.to/31FERCw
