I don't know enough, but I know that he's into mineral balancing and that stuff. There are some interesting interviews with him available on Youtube, on copper, magnesium, etc; regardless of his questionable dietary advices.

He does seem to like Ray Peat and his opinions about Iron excess etc but doesn't agree with milk. Just wanted to refer back to this group to get some perspective on the Magnesium advocacy group.

I do know that he adamantly opposes vitamin d supplementation. Also big on recommending cod liver oil
