the capitalization is probably not Peat's, right? i've never seen him capitalize words like that, so i would guess it's a transcription from a private consultation.

I would think so, j.
But the language sounds like Peat,
and the content does too
(although this is more direct than anything else from him on the subject),
so I tend to trust the quote as coming from Peat.

It sounds like a Ray quote got bundled with the words of the person providing the quote and over time the whole thing turned into a RP quote.

Or it is simply a paraphrasing of something Ray wrote or said.

Ray talks like that?! Sucrose in the cell?! It gets digested and absorbed as fructose and glucose,so I don't know maybe for simplicity he said like that!
