I think this is interesting since Peat has mentioned that DNA's methylation is bad, hence decreasing it would be a good thing. I got interested in creatine for the results me and others got from it in mental and physical performance. And underrated supplement in the peat world imo.

Apparantly 80% of methylation is used up creating Phosphatidylcholine and Creatine. So surely taking both of those things would be very peaty since they would require the body to methylate a lot less
