lowering fat of store brought cheese any ideas it very helpful but im gaining weight in a bad way.

There is lower fat cheese, like farmers cheese and lowfat cottage cheese. I think mascarpone is not too bad.

I'm interested 'bout this too. I tried making my own cheese with vinegar, but's really time consuming and I can't make enough of it for every day. I'm also on the seemingly endless path of weight gain.
