Hi Ursidae,
there's a lot of issues that could bring on what you perceive as lower back pain.
When did you experience lower backpain?
How and where do you feel it? is it a local pain or more of a stiffness / crampyness type of pain?

Most common things are either some disk or skeletal problems / structural
or a classic one is that it is gut related. Poor gut motility and food gets stuck in places where it triggers nerves so that you get back pain cramps... (endotoxin)
Charcoal should do something for you, see if you get a relief..
all the best for now

Try doing down dog at some point, every day. I suffered for years with lower back pain. I used to get steroid shots and sometimes be in bed for 10 days, unable to move. I started stretching out my lower back daily, and I’ve had zero back issues now for years. My stretches are short and quick. I don’t have the patience for yoga classes. Grab the floor, a bed, dresser, kitchen island, chair, etc…, bend over and pedal out your feet. ?

it’s a sharp pain I feel when I get up from the position of lying down. Im not constipated, but I think it has to do with eating high oxalate and possibly moldy food

Been dealing with back pain for ages and it just kept getting worse. Analgesics help, both oral and topical (e.g. Bengay). But recently I've discovered a much more effective remedy – topical application of androsterone. I was in danger of losing my ability to function independently. Couldn't take proper care of my cats, couldn't cut my toenails, could barely clean myself in the john. Prognosis was looking grim. But now, after a couple months of androsterone therapy, I can do what I want. Still don't lift anything heavy any more, and I still occasionally wake up with a stiff back – lasts maybe half an hour or so – but I feel like a new man. Might be worth a try.

I started taking a new brand of vitamin D (the one Danny Roddy recently posted about on Twitter, saying he seems to tolerate it well orally) and the first few days it made me aware of a lower back pain I wasn't aware of before. I think it might have been helping to recalcify the area because my back feels stronger now. I took a drop right after every time I drank a large glass of milk so that it entered my blood stream only when I was well supplied with calcium.

The pain was mild/moderate though so this pain might have been different from your type of pain if your pain is sharp in nature.

Back pain is a very vague term, but I'd recommend getting assessed by a PRI practitioner (phyical therapist or personal trainer) to analyze your "posture". A lot of times people extend at the lower back to make up for a lack of range of motion elsewhere down the legs (hips, knees, ankles or feet) and the lower back takes a lot of stress as a result.
There's a lot of things nutrition can solve, but movement issues need to be dealt with directly.

The pain is 80% gone after ONE day of eating extremely low oxalate. My stuffy nose is also majorly reduced. My major sources of oxalate are celery juice and Japanese sweet potatoes. Celery juice is the only thing that improves my digestion and my acne very very quickly. The sweet potatoes were not high quality enough and I think they were moldy so that’s another thing to consider. no mold was visible on them when I bought them but If I didn’t cook them right away some amount would appear over the next day. I’ve read they are vulnerable to mold and need a lot of sunlight to not develop it after being picked

I spent a long time eating spinach and almonds daily during my healthy eating phase so I assume I have reached my oxalate limit. To rule out the mold/production quality possibility I’ll be experimenting with adding fresh organic potatoes and seeing if they give me back pain (they never have). I’ll need to add starch eventually because I’ll become underweight on the mangoes and beef diet

By the way my posture is indeed not the best and I’m doing posture yoga and a bunch of other exercises to strengthen the back every time I remember to. I want to go to a specialist when I get back to my homecountry because these services are very expensive here

Yeah I’ve had this happen in the past when I took huge amounts of vitamin d. I can’t recall if it was the same type of pain

Yoga will never fix you, functional patterns will, the results showcase that

Idealabs. Couple drops on my palm, reach around and rub it in. Recently switched to just one drop along with four drops of progesterone (Progestene). Still getting good results.

Progestene, Haidut's formulation. If you're going topical it can't be beat. Absorbs great and is neither sticky nor greasy.

I have found progesterone (orally) every 10 to 15 minutes reduced back pain considerably, I read about it on another thread on this forum (as a treatment for sciatica). The mechanism is that is relaxes pelvic muscles. I used progest-e --- I am not sure other brands work, tbh. Another good resource for low back pain is the McKenzie Method (basically 7 different stretches).
