Low Reverse T3, Free T4 And T3?

My Reverse T3, Free T3 and Free T4 are all low with a TSH of 34.5. Do I need to take more T4 and 3 or less. I use a compounded T3 and a synthetic T3. I just received my Tyromix from Haidut.

Not sure what to do.
