Is drinking regular office coffee still greatly beneficial for health? Or should I spend the money and time to buy organic good coffee and brew it myself?

If it be the matter of aflatoxins then it worth.

But in general cheaper coffees are robusta type which has less aroma but higher caffeine.I don't think its bad..

Ray himself just cares about the taste, from what I heard from him.

I think if you dont have money, go with normal coffee. The downside? The only real one I can see is pesticides and the like being used during production.

The main reason we believe coffee is healthy is due to the caffeine content, which you will get from any coffee. There are also minerals and other nutrients (Ray I believe said there was a scientist who stated that there are like 1000+ nutrients in coffee we dont know of). You may be missing out on these but I wouldnt worry too much about that.

You could also go organic instant coffee too if you worried about pesticides. These days you can find organic coffee for cheaper prices if you look around, maybe look online and consider purchasing in bulk.
