So if you have a vitamin A deficiency, you should eat more protein?

Also, low protein in serum reduces vitamin A in serum.

Friend, Heard, Platt, Stewart & Turner (1961) found reduced serum vitamin A levels in pigs when their serum protein levels fell, regardless of the animals' liver stores of the vitamin

Almost random thought: Vitamin A deficiency can really mess you up. From acne and dandruff to reduced vision and steroidogenesis, and possibly autoimmunity.
