Good list, I would probably add celery, kale, and quinoa while omitting oats. Oats, per serving, are really not all that low fat. Mostly PUFA fat as well.

I realized this the other day about oats =( Was eating some the past couple days too.

You can make a decent breakfast porridge from quinoa. Quinoa has less total fat and the fats in it is mostly MUFA. You can dress it up just like oats, put honey, fruits, butter, pretty much whatever you want on it.
