I've read that MAO is how the body gets rid of adrenaline and other stress hormones and so low levels make it hard to get rid of them. My blood type is O and we naturally have lower levels. I feel like my thoughts always lead to a high anxiety state. I can't relax and have fun as much as others. Beside the hormone, how else does the body get rid of stress hormones or what can be done to get more of it?
