Low fat diet with smaller size meals

I don't do well on fat. Bad digestion, no hunger and constantly gain weight.
I'm going to try a new approach with small meals.

Breakfast
Non fat crackers
Low fat milk

Lunch
Steak and cooked veggies
Legumes or raw carrots for gut
Yogurt as dessert

Snack
Apples or applesauce for sweet tooth

Dinner
Greek yogurt
Cooked root vegetables
Fish if hungry or craving more protein

Male. Mostly sedentary with daily walking.
I don't have a target calorie intake. I just want to eat at hunger.
That's how I feel and live best.

Few starch except bread at breakfast.
Lean beef steak at lunch is key for well being and satiety.
