It is strange, because I feel my willpower is very good if I'm in a fasting state...

I think it may be because in a fasting state my serotonin is really low ? And I guess I have good glucogen stores so that my blood sugar keeps in the normal range.

I think the blogger is trying to talk about cooperative actions, which would require more willpower and hence become interesting in relation to blood sugar. I've had hypomanic attitudes during restrictive diets, but the decisions made are always of a low quality, and there is always a mood crash eventually.
