I have been following Peat diet somewhat...I do the oj gelatin with salt, stay away from the PUFAs as much as possible, eat dairy again (wow), however my bp and BPM are chronically low. I have a good temp all day (probably from my nature throid) of 98.1-98.9. My bp and BPM history for two days is: 111/45 bpm 54. 112/54 bpm 60. 122/54 bpm 62. This is after eating! what is up?
