I recently have struggled with light headedness so I went to the doctor and got it checked. My BPI was 100 over 60 and my pulse was 60 BPM

Growing up I had this problem and some how remember taking some salt to fix it. So I read Rays article on Salt and began to increase my salt intake over the next few days. The Result was dramatic! No more light headedness.........BUT

Now I've noticed something a little strange. With the increase in salt intake I'm really tired especially in the morning and my libido has dropped.

Anyone got any ideas on why that may be the case?

make sure your salt is clean...some salts have aluminum and other metals with it.

you may also want to experiment with iodized and non iodized salt.

kosher salt is suppose to be good.

the adding of salt could be antagonizing other electrolytes like potassium/ calcium/ and mag. try adding your sodium to mineral rich foods.
