Once I had such a problem, but I solved it. Now I eat a little bit of bitter chocolate before every meal and it definitely helps. But I don't know how he does it. Maybe cocoa butter stimulates cholecystokinin, or it is caffeine does something.

With low acidity, salt definitely helps.

As for bilirubin, I recommend checking for Gilbert's syndrome, maybe it's it. I have it, but it's not a big deal.

In what way should it help?

I've seen research somewhere that vitamins A and D reduce bile production, so if you're taking them, I'd stop doing it. It may even be worth removing food sources.

Bilirubin is an antioxidant for high iron content, have you checked your iron? It may be worth lowering it. But I don't think it will help in general. I have Gilbert, but I have normal bilirubin, but I don't feel well.

I'll have to study the subject with Gilbert in more detail. Perhaps this gene affects something more.

I used to have high bilirubin, but after nine months on a vegan diet, it didn't come back. I think it's really because I lowered my iron by giving up meat for a while.

I'm going through my tests now while I was a vegan, and my bilirubin and ferritin is getting smaller and smaller. At least it was of some use)
