I recently received my Lotioncrafter mixed tocopherols vitamin E. It is very sticky and there is no dose on the label.
For anyone who uses this product:
1. How do I apply this topically in a non-obtrusive manner? Where do I apply it? It is very sticky. If I put it on in the morning it will get on my clothes throughout the day. And if before bed, it will get all over my sheets. No bueno.
2. What is the dose for it? How much would I need to use for my target of 100-200IU?
I know this is a high quality product, but had I known it's so inconvenient to use topically on a regular basis, I would have just bought an oral supplement like Whole E.
