lotioncrafter vit E

Hello All,

I just got Lotioncrafter E in the mail.

First, it was sitting in a hot spot in the carton when I came home from work. When I took it out, the little tub felt warm in my hands. I put in fridge right away.

Second, how do I take it and when? The tub says external use only.
