My conclusion:
I will take t4 at night, still 50mcg.
I will divide t3 much smaller, like nibble every 1-2h during the day.
I will start the day by taking 5mcg.

Guess what, i just had breakfast, my pulse is now 85!!
It has been impossible to get it up to 85 for at least 2 weeks!
This is after liver + coffee + 10g gelatin + 75g sugar + coconut oil
and 5 mcg t3. I took less and feel better.
This is just right now tho so ill keep evaluating for a few days and update again.

Yes, for many people it is important to divide T3 to take smaller amounts during the day. As Dr. Peat (and others) have mentioned, taking T3 together with food will somewhat slow its absorption, for a bit longer duration of action.

While early results are gratifying and can in some ways be used for feedback, taking the longer view of trends over a few days is also helpful perspective. Again, you have had encouraging results from relatively quick and small (though important) adjustments. It is especially promising. Progress with restorative measures opens up possibility in life, in ways for which metabolism is part of the larger story.

The smaller doses made a difference. I still get benefit from the t3 now when its divided better.
5mcg morning, then nibble during the rest of the day. Pulse varies but i can get it to reach 80+. But it goes down sometimes too, to like 65 at a bad time. Strange, but if i nail the food it usually goes higher. As soon as food isnt very good it goes down a lot. ¨

Anyway, i also have this question about coughing.
It seems as if something is imbalanced. I have this dry kind of cough.
It isnt very bad but kinda annoying and it sounds bad. Sounds like in sick but im not.
What causes this. I get a lot of Vit A, i eat liver like every 2nd day.
Im wondering if zinc plays a part. I get less oysters now caus they upped the price :(
I do get more squid than before tho.
