Hey all. I've read a herbalist and former MD criticize the works of Dr. Ray Peat before, stating that most if not all of the studies that he cites are animal studies. Mainly studies about PUFA.

I want to write an article on the topic. So does anyone have a good compilation of human studies about the detrimental effects of PUFA, and human studies on saturated fats too?
