After looking around with news articles online and current laws (specifically BC) looks like a non union employers can mandate vaccination for covid for its employees. They can do this under making a safe work place rule. It will impossible for almost all workers unless self employed to refuse this vaccine. There are two exceptions, certain health/medical conditions and religious reasons (this one is not a 100% however)...........................................
