Hey,

what is your take on long term use of daily aspirin to boost metabolism?
I have researched the topic but can't find a helpful answer.
Some say it has terrible side effects while others praise it.

It depends largely on each individual. Everyone reacts differently and dosing varies from person to person and depending on what you're trying to achieve. I don't know of any studies specifically with regards to metabolic rate but if you are planning to take anything over the standard dose of 300-500mg a day I would recommend being patient and slowly increasing over time to see how your body reacts.

Also just a general thing to take note of with regards to increasing metabolism, make sure that you are getting enough nutrients. Many people who take supplements that boost metabolism fail to take into account that the increase in metabolism will increase the need for food. This in many cases can put the body in a more stressed state than before.
