Liver Blood Test Results - What's My Status?

Hi everyone!

I just received my latest blood test results and while I'm pretty familiar with Thyroid and adrenals, my liver tests knowledge is close to zero. I would appreciate a little help/advice in relation with the results below (Some words might be in french - not sure of translation) :

Thanks. You are right, everything is within range. I was asking because in a previous blood test my TSH was also within range but way to high according to what I've read here.
