I was looking into lithium for its mood stabilizing and mitochondrial enhancing effects. On this forum, it has been discussed several times that sodium is a good surrogate for lithium with a safer side effect profile. However, I have only found one mention of dosing conversion between the two and it was in a post by haidut. I have attached a picture of the post and I was wondering if anyone could provide a reference for the values provided?
