In a recent correspondence with Peat, he stated that sometimes removing the most stressful elements is enough to fix many health issues. I've found many resources that outline how to lower estrogen, but I think it'd be helpful to have a list of elements that can increase estrogen as an adaptive process, so we can avoid these as much as possible. I know there any many obvious elements in the Peat collective consciousness, so I'll list a few here to get them out of the way.
* Soy
* Excessive Exercise
* Emotional Stress
* India Pale Ales (IPAs)
* Dark Spirits (Whiskey)
