Covid-19 is NOT REAL. There is no need for a "covid treatment protocol". You also don't need to figure out what safety goggles are best in the event of a unicorn attack. The symptoms for "covid" are officially the same as the flu. From WHO website: " COVID-19 and influenza viruses have a similar disease presentation". And the PCR test's high false-positive rate allows for the "misdiagnosis" of flu and other conditions as "covid". The apparent differences in health outcomes for flu and covid are a result of the treatments. People were aggressively treated with dangerous drugs and ventilators for "covid" (and vents killed 90% - Bloomberg news).

Whatever it is early treatments are keeping people out of hospitals where the real damage is done through iatrogenesis. This Wall Street Journal tweet says it all

Doctors say a return to pre-pandemic ventilator practice is saving lives

Which is an admission that doctors' abandonment of decades of established clinical practice of only using mechanical ventilation as a last resort, in order to preemptively intubate covid patients as a first resort, destroyed lives. They're still doing it btw, just not as much as they were at the beginning.

Yup. And there's a good chunk of your "excess death" numbers, right there.

Do you have data on this claim?
Here is one:

Drugs.com shows using 400mg once a week as a prophylactic

Here's HCQ safety data from a link on the Swiss doctor's site you mentioned.

Conclusion
HCQ administration is safe for a short-term treatment for patients with COVID-19 infection regardless of the clinical setting of delivery, causing only modest QTc prolongation and no directly attributable arrhythmic deaths.

I would love to hear your opinions on what practical things, substances, foods, activities one could use to strengthen the immune system, so that a severe case of COVID19 could be prevented?

My suggestions would be:

• Fat soluble vitamins (A,D,E,K)
• Minerals (Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg, K, Na, Se - all from Whole Foods preferably)
• NAD+ Boosters like NMN, Niacinamide
• Resistance Training
• Pro-metabolic Substances like Caffeine, Taurine, B-Vitamins
• Fruits and Juices (for Vitamin C, Naringinin)

Would love to hear your ideas!

Could get a little Difficult for Quite a few Guys if they don't have a Home Gym or at least access to some Equipment.

If Someone has this Problem, maybe investing in a Pair of ''Adjustable Dumbbells'' (from ''Bowflex'' for Example) could solve the Problem. Yes they are Expensive with like 250-300 Euros (or Dollars) Upwards. But they are (if you're lucky) adjustable up to 40kg which is Quite Good and can help you get over the Lockdown Time, even if its going to be longer (Depending on the Individual Country).

If it's still too Expensive, then maybe invest in a Simple Bench and a Good Dumbbell Set with Moderate Weights in it, which could be a bit cheaper (it should have at least arould 20-25kg PER SIDE to be Challenging).
