Liquids and satiety

    what does everyone think of this:

    I feel like I can drink a ton of milk and feel like I had nothing to eat right afterwords....

    Also, I know that the author works for a zero calorie beverage company, the she cites are what I'm referring to

    I get full with a glass of milk. How fast you process milk and need more food again is going to depend on your metabolism.

    In the study, soda is carbonated and is going to increase metabolism.

    That makes sense, I do have a fast metabolism. I'm kind of new to peat eating and I guess that it is just hard to adjust to consuming mostly liquids.

    There is no reason to consume mostly liquids unless you have a specific need. If you have a good/fast metabolism, eat what you need to keep it up.
