Link To Ray Peat Gelatin And Orange Juice Recipe?

Can anyone link me to where Ray’s recipe for gelatin (the type that sets hard) with orange juice and sugar is? I’ve seen it somewhere in the forum and have tried all the threads I can think of, used the search function and Google, but still cannot find it.

Or alternatively what recipe you use?

I usually use 2-6 tablespoons per cup of liquid (usually OJ, mango puree or cooked berries, seeds removed and some added coconut water) according to how solid I want it. Cook it, slowly add gelatine and stir properly. Then leave in the fridge for a couple of hours. Enjoy!

I tried one with a cup of fresh squeezed OJ, 2 tablespoons gelatin, 2 cups of milk with some sugar and vanilla. Unfortunately once I added the heated milk and sugar to the gelatin and OJ, the OJ made the milk curdle. Might have to make it with just juice next time. I thought the recipe Ray had used milk in it, but I can’t find it.
